Micropore/ Nanopore Analyzer

Pore Size Distribution of filter products directly affects its filtration efficiency and pressure differential. M19 lab offers ASTM-based Micropore Analyzers for analyzing pore sizes of filter media. The Micropore & Nanopore Analyzer instrument can be deployed for ultra-high precision measurement of The pore size distribution of filter media up to 10 nanometers in size.

Permeability Analyzer

The M19 permeability devices provide fast and accurate measurements of the air/water/ oil permeability of a wide variety of porous filter media. The steady-state flow of gas such as air/nitrogen/ water/ oil can be calculated in Darcy, Frazier, or Gurley units. The Permeability Analyzer is majorly leveraged for product performance improvement, research & development, and various QA/QC purposes.

The advanced filter workstation device is an integrated device combining the measurement capabilities such as Integrity, Pore Size Distribution, Permeability as well as controlled cake/contamination simulations. The device enables you to predict the lifetime performance of filters.

Filtration Efficiency Analyzer

The filtration efficiency is commonly measured by establishing a ratio between the concentration of upstream and downstream. The basic principles of challenge testing, utilizing either mixed size or monosized particles, are adapted according to the nature of the fluid (liquid or gas), and the relevant filtration mechanisms (surface straining or depth), associated with the structure of the medium.
